Family Kitchen: Parmesan and Herb crusted Salmon

Parmesan and Herb crusted Salmon

1 tablespoon Basil
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Thyme
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Mix these in a large Ziploc bag.

Take 1 1/2 lbs of fresh salmon fillets and add to bag. Shake.
Remove and put on (cooking spray-greased)pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145 F..

Topping: If desired.
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1/4 cup maple syrup
Mix in bowl and pour on top of hot fillets
