3 Photography Tips

Photography Tips

No matter what kind of camera you have you can use these tips to help improve your skills.
Here are three simple tips to get you started with creating great photos.

1. Get down on their level
Hold your camera at the subjects eye level to capture them.
They don't have to actually look at you but being on there level will create an inviting and personal feeling
So for kids and animals-get down on the ground to capture them playing, crawling, laughing, etc.

2.Use a Plain Background
Before taking a picture, check the area behind your subject.
A cluttered background with be a distraction while a plain background will emphasize your subject

3. Use flash outdoors
I know you are thinking "A Flash" but using your fill flash can help when it is bright or cloudy outside.
It will lighten dark shadows under the eyes and nose on a bright day.
It will help brighten the face on a darker day and make them stand out.
When you use your fill flash on your camera it will help with lightening those dark spots under the eyes and nose.

Next week I will share with you 3 more tips but try these out in the mean time and let me know what you think!
