speed 30 seconds and then at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into
pan. Bake 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand
just 5 minutes.
Topping directions:
During this time, into a small bowl, whisk together: 1
can sweetened condensed milk; 1 Cup of whipping cream; 1 Cup of
evaporated milk (or whole milk). Prick cake every ½ inch with long-
tined fork - carefully. Pour the milk mixture over hot cake slowly,
allowing for it to soak into the cake. If it puddles in the corners,
spoon back into the cake. . Cover and refrigerate at least an hour
before frosting and serving.
Frost with Whipped fluffy white frosting.
Calories: 410 for 1/15 of cake.  Recipe actually calls
for yellow cake. Might be good with chocolate frosting or coconut milk
and shredded coconut in frosting. EASY AND YUMMY!!!
